School Safety

At NAPS, we have documented safety and security plans that are submitted to and approved by Navy, and that are a requirement for our AIMS Accreditation.

In partnership with Navy, we conduct regular on-campus meetings to align our safety measures and protocols. Navy Military Police Officers (MPs) maintain an immediate response capability to emergency calls at NAPS, a readiness verified through routine joint drills. Navy MPs maintain a consistent presence on our campus, regularly patrolling our halls. Additionally, Navy representatives provide annual safety training for our staff. We remain vigilant in continuously evaluating and enhancing our security systems.

NAPS is here to support our students, our families, and our faculty and staff. We are guided by kindness and empathy, and are committed to providing a nurturing environment where all students can recognize their self-worth, build confidence, and appreciate all others as contributing members of society.
