ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

For over 75 years, Naval Academy Primary & Secondary School (NAPS), a local 501(c)(3) non-profit institution, has been dedicated to nurturing the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth of children in our Annapolis community.

A cornerstone of our mission is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment specifically tailored to the unique needs of our students, many of whom are navigating the challenges of having a parent serving in the United States Armed Forces. Recognizing that military families often experience multiple relocations, both domestically and internationally, NAPS offers an understanding and supportive educational foundation for students in preschool through eighth-grade.

As an independent school, NAPS relies on the generosity of our community to bridge the gap between tuition fees and the enriching educational experiences our students deserve. To further enhance their learning and make essential upgrades to our historic campus (formerly Bachelor Officer Quarters), we have established an Annual Sponsorship Program. Every dollar raised through this program will be directly invested in vital classroom resources, innovative learning initiatives, and enriching student activities at NAPS.

Our ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP Opportunities:

Lieutenant: $2,500

  • Recognition on event webpages for the Harvest Festival, Spring Auction Gala, and Hot Cocoa with Santa.

  • Social media acknowledgments throughout the school year. 

  • Display of a yard sign at the Harvest Festival. 

  • Framed signage displayed at the Spring Auction Gala. 

  • Two complimentary tickets to the Harvest Festival, Hot Cocoa with Santa, Spring Auction Gala, and the NAPS Talent Show. 

Captain: $5,000

All Lieutenant Sponsorship benefits, plus: 

  • Company logo featured on the school’s digital display in the main foyer, visible to students and families year-round.

  • Premium placement of signage at events. 

  • Verbal recognition during announcements at the Harvest Festival, Spring Auction Gala, and Hot Cocoa with Santa.

  • 50% discount on a custom 4x8 commemorative brick, to be placed on campus as part of the NAPS Legacy Pathway initiative. 

Admiral: $7,500

All Captain Sponsorship benefits, plus: 

  • Physical signage prominently displayed in the school’s front foyer for the entire 2025-2026 academic year.

  • Four reserved seats in rows 1-5 at the annual NAPS Christmas Pageant. 

  • Four complimentary tickets to each of our major events: the Harvest Festival, Hot Cocoa with Santa, Spring Auction Gala, and the NAPS Talent Show. 

  • Featured signage at the Harvest Festival, Hot Cocoa with Santa, and Spring Auction Gala. 

  • One complimentary custom 4x8 commemorative brick to be placed on campus through the NAPS Legacy Pathway initiative. 

  • Invitation to an exclusive donor appreciation event featuring student performances and insights from school leadership.

Anchor Family

Your choice between above benefit tiers ($2,500, $5,000 & $7,500) plus: 

  • Recognition of your family name on event webpages for the Harvest Festival, Spring Auction Gala, and Hot Cocoa with Santa.

  • Social media spotlights throughout the year featuring your family’s chosen photos. 

  • Display of a yard sign with your family photo at the Harvest Festival. 

  • Framed signage including your family’s photo at the Spring Auction Gala. 

  • Complimentary tickets to the Harvest Festival, Hot Cocoa with Santa, Spring Auction Gala, and the NAPS Talent Show.
