Celebrating the traditions that connect NAPS families, friends, and alumni.

Community is at the heart of NAPS, and many of our favorite traditions bring families, students, faculty, and friends together throughout the year.

From longtime favorites like Harvest Festival and Hot Cocoa with Santa to auctions, book fairs, spirit nights, and other special events, these gatherings help build connection, celebrate our school community, and support programs and experiences that benefit NAPS students.

Whether you attend, volunteer, participate, or lend your support in another way, these traditions offer meaningful opportunities to be part of life at NAPS.

Classroom Fundraising

Parents and teachers may organize activities during the year to raise money for specific classroom purposes. The success of these ventures depends entirely on the willingness of a sufficient number of parents to participate. These activities provide an opportunity for new parents to become better acquainted with the school as well as with other parents.

Charitable Fundraising

Throughout the year, the school sponsors a variety of fundraising events for local, national, and worldwide charitable organizations. These activities often take the form of a monthly dress-down day. Students may dress casually/out-of-uniform in exchange for a nominal donation. Participation is not mandatory.
